But, when I don't have time to make brownies or cookies from scratch, there are two go-to mixes that I rely on heavily.
I have only seen this mix at Costco. In the regular grocery stores, I have seen the Double Chocolate Brownie Mix but, trust me, it is not the same as the Triple Chocolate mix. These brownies are absolutely the most moist, decadent brownies that I have ever made at home. Keep in mind though, that I generally like box-mix brownies. Sometimes the brownies made from scratch just taste too home-made for me.
The second - Betty Crocker Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Mix.
Now, had this been a few months ago, I would have posted that the Trader Joe's
Chocolate Chip refrigerated (not to be confused with the frozen which is not as good) cookie dough was, by far, my go-to chocolate chip cookie dough. But, much to my dismay, they have discontinued it (hopefully, just temporarily). So, in the mean time, I use the Betty Crocker bag mix. And as long as I am confessing, I must tell you that I use the alternative recipe on the bag which calls for vegetable oil instead of butter. I'm quite sure that makes them low-fat. They are chewy, moist and delicious.

We had such a sweet tooth craving this weekend that I actually made both the cookies and the brownies. Let me just tell you - this does not bode well for my attempt to lose a few pounds before Kerri and Mark's big day!
